Colleen Middlebrooks

Colleen is a seasoned leader in the nonprofit sector and currently serves as the Vice President of Development for the Astronauts Memorial Foundation. With a career spanning two and a half decades, Colleen has been instrumental in securing funding through capital campaigns while advancing an organizational mission and ensuring its continued success. Her extensive experience in fundraising, donor relations, and nonprofit management has made her a key figure in Brevard County in driving growth and development for nonprofits.

Colleen's roots began as an educator serving in both the public and private school systems. She then spent time working for The Scott Center for Autism Treatment on the campus of Florida Tech. Before joining the Astronauts Memorial Foundation, Colleen served eight years as the Executive Director of Advancement at a K-12 private school where she managed a team that ultimately raised over $17 million in 6 years to build both a state-of-the-art athletic complex, as well as a college inspired classroom building. Colleen has dedicated most of her career to creating meaningful change. Her commitment to education, philanthropy, and service is evident in her track record of success across multiple initiatives, from capital campaigns to community outreach.

Colleen is a Brevard native and is currently the proud mother of Jake (18) and Ava (21) and the wife of Eulan. She enjoys mentoring others who are new to the fundraising world and volunteering for various non profits in town.
